The Community Calendars Project is the result of a collaborative effort of First 5 Santa Barbara County, the Child Care Planning Council of Santa Barbara County and various other early care and education partners who are committed to creating a “one-stop shop” for professional development activities that support the local early care workforce.
This calendar includes training, conferences, workshops, learning communities, events, and networking opportunities open to the early care and education community.

In this training we will understand the benefits of inclusion for typically developing children, children with disabilities and communities; know 5 educational goals for preschool children regardless of disability status; know the 5 levels of adaption for children with disabilities and understanding how to adapt activities to children”s special needs.
En esta capacitación entenderemos los beneficios de la inclusión para los niños con un desarrollo típico, los niños con discapacidades y las comunidades; conocer 5 metas educativas para niños en edad preescolar independientemente del estado de discapacidad; conocer los 5 niveles de adaptación para niños con discapacidad y comprender cómo adaptar las actividades a las necesidades especiales de los niños.
